A warm hello to all students no matter where you are in your educational journey. I am Roberta, founder of The Mindful Mum Of London. Student Corner is looked after by Scarlet who is President of the Mental Health Society at Kings College London.
The last two years have been exceptionally difficult due to the pandemic and as a mother to 3 sons now in their mid 20’s I am conscious how the recent years have effected all of you.
If you are embarking on university life for the first time or in the middle of your degree or if you are a foreign student feeling alone, or even just struggling with making friends, studying, socialising, bullying… etc. I am here to hopefully make a difference.
If I can’t help you I will be able to direct you to the right places.
