We were never supposed to do it alone
Having worked as a mindfulness teacher since 2013, I've taught mindfulness techniques and provided emotional and mental health support to those from all walks of life, including teenagers, parents, children and adults.
As a result of my own personal suffering with mental health, I understand the value of providing a personalised approach when teaching Mindfulness. Through working with me, you will develop your own mindful life skills and techniques which will be directly tailored to your life and way of being.
You can expect to find your confidence, determination and self-acceptance grow, along with being always reminded of the mindful value of joy and great humour.
Do I have to sign up for multiple coaching sessions?
No. In an ideal world it would be beneficial for you to sign up to 8 sessions. This is because I work on the principal of The 8 Week Mindfulness Course. It takes 8 weeks for brain chemistry to make a shift. If you are committed to really finding ways to improve your life you need to show up, be consistent and trust the process. However, we don’t live in an ideal world so I am happy to take it a step at a time. Let’s book one session and see how we go.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Each coaching session lasts for 1 hour.
How much does it cost?
Each session costs £45 and lasts for 1 hour.
Are the sessions face to face?
Sessions will be held on Zoom and you are encouraged to have your camera turned on.
